Descriptions

Personal Training:
Hour long one-on-one sessions with owner and head trainer, Adam Jaco. Personals include mitt
work in the ring, boxing on the heavy bags, plyometrics, agility drills, weight training and more.

Or schedule hour long one-on-one sessions with Muay Thai (kick Boxing) instructor
David "Flaco" McClain.  
ALL LEVELS welcome.

Boxing Body Pump:
Led by Adam Jaco, this 90 minute workout is full body. Body Pump combines bag work with high
energy, explosive exercises perfect for strengthening and leaning out muscles. ALL LEVELS
welcome.

Group Boxing:
Train like a pro in this group boxing class. Running on two and three minute bells, these hour to
hour and fifteen minute sessions include jump roping, heavy bag drills, plyometrics, agility drills,
mitt work, core work and sprints.
Boxing and Kick Boxing will be taught during these sessions. ALL
LEVELS welcome.

Power Yoga:
Led by Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, Kelli Sweeting, Power Yoga combines physical
strength and flexibility with mental stamina. Integrating several different yoga styles, Sweeting's
Power Yoga is an ALL LEVELS class that works the entire body, starting with the core. Each
session is different, creating new and exciting challenges for the body and mind to overcome.
Private yoga available upon request.

Sparring:
Sparring sessions are scheduled on a semi-regular basis. Gym members may sign up to participate
in one minute round sessions with Adam Jaco. Head gear and mouth piece is required.
